All times are Eastern Times.

  3. HOW THE SWEAR JAR FILLS UP: During the Contest Period, the Sponsor will search Twitter for residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who have sent a tweet that contains both an acceptable Swear Word and an acceptable Winter Word (collectively referred to as an “Acceptable Word”) found at Once a Tweet containing the Acceptable Word has been found, reviewed by the Sponsor and deemed acceptable (each a “Tweet”), $2.00 will be added to the Swear Jar found at (the “Swear Jar”) (each Tweet will be posted to the Feed on the Contest Website and can be removed at any time by request to the Sponsor). Not every Tweet containing the Acceptable Words will be found and/or selected. Once the Swear Jar has reached $1,000.00, a Prize will be unlocked (see rule 7). For greater certainty, each approved Tweet will count as $2.00 and a total of 500 approved Tweets will fill the Swear Jar. Once the Swear Jar has reached $1,000.00, a draw will take place from among all eligible Entries received on the Contest Website up to when the Swear Jar was filled (each a “Swear Jar Period”). Once the Swear Jar has been filled, it will be emptied out and restarted at $0. Entries received on the Contest Website will be carried over into subsequent draws once the Swear Jar has been filled again and the process will repeat itself until the Contest Close Date. In the event the Swear Jar does not reach $1,000.00 by the Contest Close Date, the Sponsor will conduct one (1) random draw from among all eligible Entries received to award one (1) Prize (see rule 6). Tweets must comply with the terms of use and the Tweeting Format and Content requirements (detailed in Rule 5) to be eligible.
